Return & Exchange policy

Return:

Unused or untested items must be returned within 15 days from the date merchandise was received. Items must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.
1. Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and shipping address.
2. Customers pay the return shipping fee.
3. Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reason for return.

Exchange:

Exchange request must be made within 15 days of order receipt for merchandise.

2. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
3. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
